By downloading, installing, or using SolRhythm (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SolRhythm is a beat sequencer application built on the Solana blockchain. The App allows users to create music, export audio, and access premium features through on-chain payments (SOL).
All payments are made directly on the Solana blockchain and are non-refundable. Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient SOL in your wallet before initiating any transaction.
To use paid features, you must connect a compatible Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, or Solana Seed Vault). You are solely responsible for:
SolRhythm never has access to your private keys or seed phrases.
Beat patterns and music you create within the App are stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of any music you create using SolRhythm. We do not claim any rights over your compositions.
You agree not to:
SolRhythm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that blockchain transactions will always succeed. Solana network conditions are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolRhythm and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds due to blockchain transactions, network errors, or wallet issues.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
