Overview

SolRhythm ("we", "us", "our") is a Solana-based beat sequencer application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to operate the app:

• Wallet address: Your Solana public key, used to identify your account and tier status. We never have access to your private keys.
• Display name: The name you choose when you first log in.
• Tier status: Whether you are a Free, PRO, or ULTRA user, based on on-chain transactions.
• Song data: Beat patterns you save are stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do not store your music on our servers.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

Blockchain Transactions

When you upgrade your tier or make a donation, a transaction is sent on the Solana blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public by nature — your wallet address and transaction amounts are visible on the public ledger. We do not control the Solana blockchain.

Third-Party Services

SolRhythm uses the following third-party services:

• Helius RPC: Used to read blockchain data and submit transactions. Subject to Helius's privacy policy.
• Phantom / Solflare / Solana Seed Vault: Wallet providers used for signing transactions. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
• Google Fonts: Used for typography. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Solana Web3.js (unpkg.com): The Solana JavaScript library, loaded from a CDN.

Local Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your session (wallet address, display name, tier, theme preference)
• Saved beat patterns (songs)

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly initiate a blockchain transaction.

Children's Privacy

SolRhythm is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
